Warranty Coverage

All Leeway Furniture products come with a comprehensive warranty:

5-Year Structural Warranty

• Bed frames and support structures
• Sofa frames and joints
• Wardrobe carcasses and hinges
• Dining table legs and frames
• Dressing table structure

1-Year Free Service

During the first year of purchase, we provide free service including:

• Hardware tightening and adjustments
• Hinge and slider lubrication
• Polish touch-up (wooden furniture)
• Minor repairs and fixes

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our exchange policy ensures flexibility:

Standard Products

• Exchange available within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be retained
• No exchange charges (delivery charges may apply for remote areas)

Custom Orders

• Custom-made products cannot be exchanged for different designs
• Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty
• Size issues due to customer measurement errors are not eligible for exchange

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Call or WhatsApp us at +91 8064124544 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Inspection: Our team will inspect the product to verify condition.
3. Exchange Approval: Once approved, we will schedule pickup and delivery of the replacement.
4. New Product Delivery: The replacement product will be delivered with fresh installation.

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Damage from exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Commercial use damage (for residential products)
• Minor cosmetic variations in wood grain and color

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery for immediate resolution
• Take photos of the damage and share via WhatsApp
• We will arrange replacement at no additional cost
• No questions asked for manufacturing defects

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Order cancellation within 24 hours for standard products
• If the ordered product is permanently out of stock
• For defective products when exchange is not possible
• Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

Care Instructions

To maintain warranty coverage, please follow these care guidelines:

• Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or damp areas
• Use coasters and mats to protect surfaces
• Do not drag furniture; lift when moving
• Follow weight capacity guidelines
• Clean with soft, dry cloth only (for most products)
