2. Products and Services

Leeway Furniture manufactures and sells furniture including beds, sofas, wardrobes, dining sets, dressing tables, and combo packages. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options
• A booking amount may be required for custom orders
• Full payment is required before delivery

4. Orders and Cancellations

• Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or at our showroom
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for standard products
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

5. Delivery and Installation

• Free delivery within Gorakhpur city and available across UP & Bihar
• Delivery times: 3-5 days for standard products, 15-20 days for custom orders
• Installation is included free of charge
• Customers must ensure adequate space and access for delivery
• Re-delivery may incur additional charges if customer is unavailable

6. Warranty and Quality

• All furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty
• First-year free service is included
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Easy exchange available within 7 days if not satisfied
• Products must be in original condition for exchange
• Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Leeway Furniture and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Leeway Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
